Bio

I am an Associate Professor in Politics & International Relations at Northeastern University London and an Affiliate Faculty in the Department of Political Science in the College of Social Sciences and Humanities at at Northeastern, Boston (2023-2026). I received my PhD in European Studies at King's College London and my MSc in European Studies at London School of Economics. I held visiting teaching and research fellowships at King's College London (2021-2024), SOAS, University of London (2017 - 2019), the European Institute for Asian Studies (2017-2020) and EU Centre in Singapore (2017). My research expertise lies at the intersection of International Relations and Area Studies. My research interests include EU external relations with the Asia-Pacific region, China’s foreign policy, regional integration in East Asia, and norm diffusion in international politics (with a particular focus on cyberspace governance and non-traditional security issues).
